If you did not finish your POP art speech bubble, comic strip, guitar, or silhouette please work on that today! Art activity options: (if you have completed your speech bubble or comic strip) Option1: 1. On the home page of the art weebly, click on the emergency sub plans tab. 2. Choose one virtual art museum tour to view and one "how to draw" activity. Option 2: Choose one of the following art drawing challenges: 1. Draw a creepy insect 2. Draw a futuristic car or airplane 3. Draw a hybrid animal or dinosaur ( mix 2 animals/dinosaurs together to create your own unique creature) Option 3: 1. Create a color wheel with different items around your home. 2. Create a robot using found objects around your house.

PROJECT 2: COMIC STRIP!! DAY 1 : SYNCHRONOUS Step 1: Brain storm the title , characters, theme, and setting for your comic strip. Step 2: Practice your ideas! Step 3:: Draw 3 speech bubbles anywhere on your white construction paper. Step 4: Divide your paper into 6 spaces
Day 2: Asynchronous Step 1: Fill in 3 of the 6 boxes of your comic strip. Step 2: Trace over your pencil with black crayon, marker or colored pencil.
Day 3: Synchronous Step 1: Fill in to remaining 6 boxes of your comic strip. Step 2: Trace over your pencil with a black crayon, marker or colored pencil
Day 4: Asynchronous Step 1: Color in all 6 boxes of your comic strip.
Project 3: Line and Shape Design Guitars Day 1: Synchronous 1. Draw the shape of the guitar. 2. Divide your guitar into 8-10 parts. 3. Start drawing line and shape designs in a few of the parts.

Project 4: Google Logo Synchronous: Day 1: 1. Think of a theme to create your own Google logo. Practice your theme to replace the GOOGLE letters with items from your theme. See examples below for ideas. Asynchronous Day 2: 1. Start drawing the first 3 letters of GOOGLE with the items from your theme on the large piece of construction paper.
Day 3: Synchronous: 1. Draw the last 3 letters of GOOGLE from your theme. 2. Start to color in your GOOGLE logo.
Day 4: Asynchronous 1. Finish coloring in all of your GOOGLE logo and the background.
Project 5: Silhouette-favorite things Day 1: Synchronous: 1. Draw the silhouette below. 2. Fill in the area with all your favorite things.
Asynchronous Day 2: 1. Continue adding your favorite things into your silhouette. 2. Start to color in your drawing.
Day 3: Synchronous: 1. Finish coloring in your drawing
